The New England Revolution signed free agent defender Wyatt Omsberg to a one-year contract on Tuesday with a membership choice for 2026.

“As a veteran defender in our league, Wyatt brings MLS expertise to our backline,” Revolution head coach Caleb Porter mentioned. “Wyatt additionally brings added depth to our group of central defenders. Omsberg, 29, performed in 12 matches (11 begins) final season with the Chicago Fireplace.
The Maine native recorded one aim and one help in 67 profession matches (47 begins) with Minnesota United and the Fireplace. He was chosen within the first spherical of the 2018 MLS SuperDraft by Minnesota out of Dartmouth School.
